Symmetra LX 16KVA Power Module Issue

I am using symmetra LX 16KVA Moduler UPS,Having 5 Power Modules Each Module 4KVA.
So issue is that after working two or three days, some times after 30 mints UPS shits on Battery Operation whereas no input Supply fails and start consumming its Battery Capacity.where as LOAD ON Led also remains green.(Battery and Load On Leds switchs on)
For the time being Power Module issue resolves after resetting the Power Module.

if any one have solution of that issue so please share.
