Symmetra LX 16000 Bypass not in range either frequency or voltage
Hello,
In our company we are using Symmetra LX 16kVa. Since few months I noticed this error events:
On display of UPS there is information that bypass is not in range either frequency or voltage.
Below I present data logs:
Unfortunately I do not know if I can - or how to upload for you current UPS power settings.
I am not able to change either Output/Input Voltage, I guess UPS should be powered off?
Generally, what could be a solution for that error? Is it possible to increase some voltage values without risk? Or we are running already maximum our voltage capacity?
