Symmetra 40K (SYCF40KF) - Internal Temperature 100F

Hi,

Our Symmetra 40K has an Internal Temp alert of a little over 100F. I checked all the batteries and they seem ok. Is it possible this is coming from a different place in the unit?

Hi Pavel,

What is the ambient temperature in the room? Can you provide event.txt and data.txt from the Symmetra's Network Management Card to take a look to see if anything else sticks out as the cause?
