We have installed multiple Srt5krmxlw-hw UPS's at a customer's site. All three have back fed 600hz to 1.6khz to the supply panel. When systems are taken to bypass the Freq goes away. The other equipment in the lab is extremely sensitive to the freq.....any ideas?

You’ll need to provide some data showing this spurious noise coming from the three units as a starter.
Also provide the following logs from the system: Event, Data, UPS

I looked in the manual and no directions are given of how to get the data that is being requested.

Depending upon the configuration and hardware in place the options are these:
LCD Menu Logs: This only provides very limited metrics about soft / hard errors & faults. The LCD as such can only be used to view the voltage, frequency, current, VA.
PCSS: If the system is connected to a computer running APC Power Chute Software such as (PCBE / PCSS) all the relevant logs and metrics can be viewed and exported.
NMC: All the same Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostic logs can be viewed and exported.
SNMP / SysLog requires a NMC to be present and configured to send the metrics to the relevant NMS / SysLog Servers for analysis.
Regardless of the above provide me a sample of the three SRT UPS outputting the frequencies you have listed up above from an calibrated and certified oscilloscope for review.

It’s been eleven days since you created this post declaring this problem. It’s obvious this isn’t a real problem rooted in facts.
No supporting data or metrics have been provided or given when asked - Why??? 🤦♂️
