Short Answer: No user adjustable option to change the output volume of the beeper.
Long Answer: You may connect the system to a computer running APC Power Chute Software (PCPE / PCSS) to see if there is a mute feature.
Keeping in mind if the mute feature is available it has no impact on hard faults / errors such as bad battery, internal hardware fault, high temperature, wiring fault, etc.
