Could you be more specific about the 'integrated cooling, noise dampening, and power distribution' of the CX enclosures please ( W, dBA, line-diagramm or description of the power distribution).
For eg.

here is some info I found for you..

NAM = North America
EMEA = Europe, Middle East, Africa


Model: AR4038 offers:
Physical capacity: 18 rack spaces
Integrated PDU: 14 outlets NAM / 15 outlets EMEA
Max recommended thermal load: 1.2 kW
Noise reduction: 18.5 db
Power consumption: 19 watts

Model: AR4024 offers
Physical capacity: 24 rack spaces
Integrated PDU: 14 outlets NAM / 15 outlets EMEA
Max recommended thermal load: 2.4 kW
Noise reduction: 18.5 db
Power consumption: 39 watts

Model: AR4038 offers:
Physical capacity: 38 rack spaces
Integrated PDU: 14 outlets / 15 outlets EMEA
Max recommended thermal load: 3.6 kW
Noise reduction: 18.5 db
Power consumption: 57 watts

each unit includes an APC 0U PDU by the way which is where the outlets are.
