Special Version of Powerchute for 2012 Hyper-V

We have a 2012 box running Hyper-V, and I want to install powerchute on that box, and set it to turn off it's guests when triggered.

I see that there is are two Powerchute downloads for 2008, one for Hyper-V and one with not, but there is only one version for 2012.  That version is for my case?

Yes, you just download part number SFPCNS301 for what you need and you'll be fine
