Dear all,
I have a SmartUPS 3000, after replacing with new batteries,
everything was fine except I noticed that there is no led
indication for the Load on the front display.
From Powerchute, I can see there is 35% load connected.
Any one have this problem or suggestion?
Thanks.

This is a direct connection UPS to PC using serial cable, so I don't think hyperterminal is the way. But since then, all of our 3 units of UPS have all LOAD leds indication on the front panel failed. Something is not right, anyone ever experience this. I did consult the company who sold us the UPS but they just said if its still working then let it be :<
