SmartUPS 3000 shuts off or says overload

Hello,

I have a UPS SUA3000R2X180

I have the console cable plugged in and using powerchute to find out what is wrong with this unit. Last December it was functioning correctly, it was unplugged and sat in the bottom of the cabinet untouched for 10 months. We finished our migration and we are now using it to power around 5 servers. When I plugged the unit back in, the unit had a flat line beep and then said overload with no load on it. The overload reset switch does not stick out in the back, and if I unplug the battery and plug it back in, it will work as normal with a battery charge eventually going all the way up. With all of my servers plugged in and powered on the unit only shows about 3 out of 5 lights for the load. Eventually the same with happen, it will say overload and my servers will turn off. Sometimes the unit will display replace battery. As soon as I hold down the test button, it never passes and it will say overload, replace battery or AVR Trim.

I contacted APC support and they had me do a few steps and a brain dead test. The support was quite worthless, at one point the person didnt even read the past history of the ticket. Thier solution is to purchase a new unit.

Nothing has resolved this. I have posted pictures of my powerchute. Maybe someone can help me....

I forgot to get the log. I haven't gone onsite all week since Sat, and tonight I was trying to verify that my backups are executing and forgot to grab the log. I will try to grab tomorrow.

Today, when I tried to do test / power on, all the lights came on. Seemed normal for a few seconds, then shut off. The event log shows nothing other than communication est. disconnected. Battery connected, disconnected. Battery discharged etc...
