Hi all,
We've a SURT15000RMXLI with one BatteryPack (with a total of 8 batterie-packs / 4 pairs).
Each battery has 12V and 5Ah. We've 16 Batteries per string and 4 Strings in parallel.
On the configuration page we have to set the "External Battery Cabinet" in "Amp-Hour" for the batteries. What do we have to set there?
20Ah because of 4x 5Ah?
If we'd enter 20Ah ... the ups status page shows "12 Batteries".
Thank you in advance,
Kind regards,
Reto

Hi Reto -
If you are using an APC external battery cabinet you do not need to enter in anything for Amp-Hrs. These battery cabinets have built in communication and will adjust runtime accordingly.
