Hi,
I have a problem with a Smart VT 20kVA
The UPS functions without problem on utility service, but when switching to genset it displays a "Site Wiring Fault" problem and goes in battery mode.
The UPS User Manual says that this is a: "Wrong phase rotation on the input side. The UPS will continue to supply conditioned power from batt." I measured phase rotation with a Fluke 9062 Motor and Phase Rotation Indicator and determined that phase rotation was proper.
Can it be another possible reason for this to happen? I read from other posts that Symmetra LX also displays this fault when neutral cable isn't detected or when there is a difference in voltage more than 10% between phases, is this the same case?
Thanks.

It is clockwise.
Ph-Ph ~380V
Ph-N ~220V

You said the rotation is correct. Is it clockwise or counter clockwise? What is the voltage of Ph - Ph and Ph - N.
