We have a smart UPS 3000RU operating fine for 20 years. However the transformers are very hot. We have changed transformers with another model, but it made no difference. It does not affect the function, but it costs a lot of electricity and shortens battery time considerable. We have many similar models running much cooler with same or higher load. So something is wrong, some quiescent current is way too high. Any ideas would be appreciated . Thank you Felix
