I have a UPS that has sent out an alert. Do you know what would cause this? I need to do something quickly.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Roy,
I took a quick look. I see your UPS was manufactured in 2011. I also noted in the event log that you're having hot battery issues..
03/08/2016 23:24:31 UPS: The internal battery temperature exceeds the critical threshold. 0x012C
I also see a lot of these since your AC input voltage to the UPS is a little low...
03/10/2016 09:12:16 UPS: No longer compensating for a low input voltage. 0x010C
03/10/2016 09:12:16 UPS: Compensating for a low input voltage. 0x010B
I recommend you maybe take a look at the physical UPS and battery and maybe put the back of your hand on it to check it out. But, I'd guess that you're very close to needing a new/replacement battery for the UPS. The event log is spammed with NTP update problems so I can't see that far back beyond a few days ago to see when the last UPS self-test was. It could probably detect the bad battery during its next self test which happens every two weeks. Long story short, I think the UPS went to bypass because you have a hot battery problem and need a new repalcement battery.
Secondly, the low AC input voltage you could investigate with the utility power feed to the UPS. Not sure if it is a data center power problem or utility provider power problem but it is not a UPS problem. The UPS is "boosting" the voltage to compensate for the low voltage. This issue is not tied to the battery issue nor why the UPS is in bypass due to a hardware fault.
Hope that helps.
P.S. - unrelated but your Network Management Card firmware is REALLY outdated. I recommend we get that upgraded after you address the other more critical issues going on. The new firmware would tell you the replacement battery part number right in the interface and logging would be better and more detailed. Lots of security fixes too.
