Smart-UPS X 3000 - A backfeed relay fault exists

Hey guys

So I got the following message in the "Recent Device Events":

06/18/2019 19:26:29 UPS: The output power is turned off.
06/18/2019 19:26:29 UPS: The graceful shutdown period has ended.
06/18/2019 19:26:29 UPS: No longer on battery power.
06/18/2019 19:26:29 UPS: A backfeed relay fault exists.
06/18/2019 19:26:28 UPS: The power for switched outlet group 3, Outlet Group 3, is now turned off.

(The date is misconfigured at the APC, the log is from yesterday evening).

The client told me that the APC is beeping and the servers attached to it got a orange blinking powersupply. What's also a bit weird is that under "Outlet Group Control" are outlets are in a "Off"-State, I didn't configure the APC so I don't know about the setup, but is that normal?

As I don't got that much experience with APC's so can anyone of you tell me what might cause the error?
