Hey all -
I have a Smart-UPS X 1500 stuck in runtime calibration. If i go to UPS -> Diagnostics -> cancel runtime calibration, apply... nothing happens.
any ideas?

Seems like maybe the status is stuck saying that versus actually being in a runtime calibration. Can you go to Administration->General->Reset/Reboot and reboot the management interface of the management card and let me know if you still see that?
Also, if you're local to the UPS or can go local, can you see if the UPS displays this via its LCD to confirm whether or not the UPS actually says its in a calibration?
And did you initiate this previously or is it just random..?
Lastly, can you let me know under UPS->About the UPS firmware versions please?
