Smart-UPS X 1000 with NMC2 cannot add external batteries?

Hi,

trying to ADD external batteries number via NMC2.

CONFIGURATION/UPS/

external batteries:     (0-10)

not importtant what number I will write there..it always ends with error message:

Please complete or correct the fields highlighted in bold red below

• External Batteries (2) has been entered incorrectly.

apc is on table without batteries and without battery packs connected...is this reason?
(so after battery installed and packs connected, it will work to add 2x external pack?)
