Hi, I have a bunch of PDUs and UPS with AP9537 and AP9537SUM Network management cards, respectively. Running Firmware v7.0.8.
All of them have the same problem: access via https, although enabled, is not working. Http works fine. Port 443 is accessible (can be telnet'ed to).
MS Edge just throws a ERR_CONNECTION_RESET error.
IE11 says:
This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://<hostname>.<mydomain>.local again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
although all those protocols are active, even SSL 3.0.
Any ideas what to do about that?

Hello Mat
I wonder if you are using your own SSL certificates or the self-signed ones generated by the devices?
If you are using the latter, it might be worth it to regenerate the certificates.

You were right, it had something to do with our certificates. I do not know what exactly was the problem there, and they definitely worked at *some* point... but whatever.
Once I deleted the custom certificates and rebooted the network management cards, so that new self-signed certs where created, https started working again. Now with the browser warning about an untrusted certificate of course. but that was to be expected.
Thank you!
