I have an APC Smart-UPS 2200 RM XL with one attached battery back that has been suddenly shutting down and taking everything attached down with it. Upon first look all lights on the front of the unit flash green. You have to power it off and back on and then all seems fine for a few days. We replaced the battery about 20 days ago and it's been fine until last night when it did it again. Event log only shows:

Again when this happens, all lights on the front panel blink green on and off until power is cycled on the UPS.

Assuming the exact model on the UPS's sticker is SUA2200RMXL2U (http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=SUA2200RMXL3U), then this is generally not good. All LEDs flashing in unison indicate there is a problem with the DC Bus in the unit. This could be due to one of several things internally but unfortunately, it typically requires a UPS replacement - either under warranty or not.
If it is not under warranty, you could consider trading it in for a discount towards a new one if you wanted. You also could consider repair with Coastal Business Machines which is an authorized repair center (just to let you know it is an option) - CoastTec, powered by CBM | APC UPS repair service and maintenance | APC refurbished UPS
Let me know if you have any questions. Not much troubleshooting we can do on this one.

Yep, that's the model alright. We'll get with APC to see if it's still under warranty. Thanks for your help.
