I am not able to see the internal temperature on my Smart UPS SU620 on PowerChute BE 9.1.1. I have to admit, I do not recall if it was present on the other versions of PCBE. It seems that this is a basic metric and should be visible.
I just replaced the battery and performed the calibration within PCBE 9.1.1.
Should it be viewable? If so, what should I look for to get it to sense the temperature.

If I had a schematic, I could figure it out myself.

Hi,
I do not have a 620 available for testing but my recollection is that data point is not available. Maybe another forum member that has a 620 will help out. Some of the lower end Smart-UPS did not offer all of the same data points and the higher end ones do and that may be the case here.
