Good morning,
every week my ups records this warning:
The battery voltage exceeds the nominal battery voltage rating.
It solves automatically after two minutes or a little bit more. How to solve this?

Hi Andrea,
This error could be caused by the battery itself, or an issue with the UPS. We would need to look at data and event logs, and look at the age of the UPS and battery. For this type of issue, I would recommend you call into our tech support line so that we can analyze the data and look into seeing if any replacement is needed. You can call 800-800-4272 and follow the menu options for Smart-UPS over 5KVA.
