Smart-UPS SRT 5000 - Power System Error 02000

We have an issue with our SRT5KXLI that has turned off the output voltage. The logs indicate an Inverter hardware Circuit Fault and the display has a code 02000.

I tried to turn on the output but this has been refused.

Is there something I can do to get this UPS back online.

We also have an issue with the STR5KXLI power system error 02000 .event log,inverter hardware ckt event code 107.output off Any ideas plse

Hello,

For any Power System Error, you will need to call in to tech support for further assistance.  I replacement unit may be needed depending on the situation.
