Everything thing works inside the web agaent except can't get it to create the datalog so I can monitor the data.
I have enabled data logging.
Windows 7 64Bit
Have tried both versions of PCBE 9.0.0.13 and 9.0.1. rebooting and cleaning registry with ccleaner in between uninstall and reinstall of older version.
Have to use the USB cable as this computer does not have a serial port.
There is a eventlog file but no datalog file.
Tried creating a datalog file and added to the C:\Program Files (x86)\APC\PowerChute Business Edition\agent folder but as soon as I start the agent it deletes the datalog file.
Have disabled MS Security Essentials, no other virus\malware software installed.
This is a fresh install of Windows.
I have another computer with a Smart-UPS 1500 running PCBE 9.0.1 with Windows 7 64Bit using the USB cable and it creates the datalog file and I can view the data fine.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
David

this is an issue we have seen before unfortunately and we are still looking at the root cause. i will have someone contact you directly in order to further debug the issue if that is alright.
