Hi
I am completely new with UPSs
I have connected the Smart-UPS SMC1500I to power and to a network switch where also my pc is connected.
I have downloaded PowerChute Business Edition v9.5 for windows 7 ( i use win 7 64)
installed it - was asking for Com or USB connection not for LAN
I have no install cd
I was looking the documents but did not find a solution how to get software working with LAN connection.
Pls help how to get things running.
regards
Witzker

I now was able to update Firmware from 10.0 to 12.0 via USB connection.
When I connect the network cable to the APC it is not seen in my router?
What is my mistake?
Hope for help
Regards
Witzker
