Smart UPS Runtime Issue

I have two identical Smart UPS 3000 units. Both have about the same load 17.5 (120V 3.7A) and 16.2 (120V 3.8A). When I do a runtime calibration, one gives me 12 minutes of runtime and the other gives me 52 minutes of run time. Any ideas why there would be such a difference?

Have you ever replaced the batteries in these units?

Are you running this calibration through the software?

Are these new or old units? (exact models and serials would be beneficial)
