Hello everyone,
I am getting email notifications every 2 mins for the past hour saying:
UPS: Bypass not in range ; high voltage.
I did get this one time.
Informational - UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem no longer prevents switching to bypass mode.
I looked online and most of the issues were due to people having the Input voltage set higher than the output voltage.
I don't think this is my scenario.

I did attach the full 8 hours of data to this post.

I am not really sure how to fix this issue. For now, I just turned off the email notifications.
Any help you can provide would be excellent.
Thank you!

Thank you very much for your reply.
I will run through the logs later today and see what would be the appropriate settings.
Thank you again!

Hi Chuck -
From the NMC web interface go to "Configuration", then "Power Settings"
From here you can set the upper and lower bypass thresholds. The lowest setting for the upper limit is 252v, and from your logs it looks like you are hitting that pretty frequently. Raising the upper threshold should eliminate the nuisance alarms.
Thanks,
Liam

Best bet would probably be to look through your data logs and see what the highest input voltage is, then set it to a few volts higher than that. something like 260v or 262v would likely be sufficient.
