Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL is going to in Bypass mode

I have received below message in Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL

UPS: Refused a self-test; UPS is overloaded.
UPS: An inverter fault exists.
UPS: In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault.

And my UPS is goes on Bypass mode. what is the problem ?
I had put two UPS out of one showing above message. And 2nd running fine. Both are given in same server IBM.
As per vendor it is problem in Battery bank or My server side. So I inter changed battery bank of both UPS but UPS 1 is goes bypass mode.

What is the solution of it kindly give reply.

on issue #1, it probably needs to be replaced. you probably want to contact your local tech support for warranty options.

on issue #2, can you get the config.ini, event.txt, and data.txt files from this NMC using these instructions? http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9321/

thanks. once i see the files for #2, then we see if there is an issue. also, please point out anything in the log such as a shutdown example of when the UPS didnt power up afterwards so i know where to look.

Hi,
We have the same problem, after installing about 14 (SUART 5000 XLI) and 10 (SUART 10000 XLI) with the default SNMP management software AP9619
1/one of 10KVA UPS faults with two errors "inverter fault+ output power turned off "impossible to bypass it too, it's the second UPS replacement of the first who works for two months normally then we should stopped it after a noisy cracksmen’s and no way to powering on it (we use it in 3~/3~ mode input/output!)
We join the Mgmt card results.
2/ the second problem for some 5KVA/UPS they working fine but after a low battery shutdown, the UPS don't restart automatically when the INPUT voltage comes back (no electrical generators exists on this sites! for instances!)

Can we have your technical ideas and experiences?
Thanks
