Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL fail to transfer to battary

I have APC Smart-UPS RT 10000 XL working fine for 3 years now
4 servers HP ML 370G5 running over the APC UPS i mentioned
Suddenly recently when regular power fails , the UPS doesn't tranfer to battary and all servers got down
I manage the UPS through tcp ip and i ran the UPS self test and it gives me ( Self Test : passed )
The battary status is : 100 %
The Battary indicators are giving full charged signal
Run Time : 45 Minutes

Manufacture Date: 02/09/06

can some tech guys advise me ,, do i need to change battary as it 3 years old ?
