Hello Gents,
we 2x UPSs failed on same day with the same error "UPS: An inverter fault exists." both are sharing input power source/feed. all whole batteries was changed about 9 months ago and ups usually utilized at 50%.
i have tried another working batteries and still the same
both events are attached and front LED panel as well.
any suggestions please

Hi Ahmed -
Have you tried performing a "brain dead" on the UPS? To do that you turn off the UPS, disconnect input power (there is a breaker on the back that will do this), and then press/hold the off button again until you hear a "click". You may also see a brief flash of the LED's on the front of the UPS.
After this process, restore input power then turn the UPS on. If the fault(s) remain the issue is most likely a hardware failure. If they clear there is a chance they were erroneous - In that case I would just keep an eye on the unit. If the fault returns then the unit should likely be replaced.
Your local tech support can assist with any additional trouble shooting (or warranty support if applicable..)
