Hi,
I have a Smart UPS 750 connected over serial cable to a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 and PowerChute Business Edition 9.0.1.
Whenever I try to run a Self Test or Calibration I get an error "The Set request Failed. Please try again".
I've tried reinstalling the APC Agent, and I've tried powering down the server, disconnecting the power to the UPS, disconnecting the battery, and reconnecting everything and powering the server back up. Everything else within PowerChute works fine (although a run time of 98 minutes is being reported, due to not being able to calibrate), and there's nothing suspicious in the error logs. Power Events and Voltage analysis works fine, Server load etc. works fine.
The manufacture date of the UPS is 05/11/2011, and it was installed in February 2012.
Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this issue?

Which SKU specifically is the unit (SMT750, SMX750, SUA750)? Are you able to initiate a self-test from the front panel of the UPS?
