Smart UPS 750 display "slide show" frozen

Hi All,

I have a Smart UPS 750 that no longer displays it's "slide show".  That is the different screens that show batt charge %, input voltage, output voltage, efficiency, etc.

These screens can still be manually brought up but once the unit is allowed to sit for a while it displays the charge percentage and load percentage (this is one screen) and then stops.  This screen stays.

Any ideas on how to resume the slide show?

Hi James - 

Have you tried resetting the unit to factory defaults from the LCD scren?
