Hi

Kindly Help me as i had strange problem with my Smart UPS 700 and i tried to find solution or explanation, when i start my ups it came ON for about 2 minutes and get flashes continously with stopping of charging like in this video

No Tones at all...

I bought this ups used from a friend as we donot have APC agent in Egypt, he bought it from Italy

another problem when it work on battery i hear Rattle Sound and i opened the unit but i failed to determine the source of this rattle noise

Do you hear any tones with this condition (center 6 LEDs flashing)? This could be an Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) relay weld if no tone or a battery overvoltage if there is a tone.

Either way, it is typically not good and would likely require replacement or repair of something based on what region you're located in.
