Hello,
We have a Smart UPS 3000XL. Where is the Input circuit breaker located on this unit? There is an on/off switch on the power input - does this act as the breaker also?

The switch right next to the input cord is the input circuit breaker for the UPS. You can verify because when the UPS is on and you flick this switch, the UPS stays on but goes to battery.
