Hello Forum,
at a customer we installed 2 Smart UPS 3000 2U (the one with the Display 2700 W) in the end of last year (2012).
All Servers are connected to both Devices. The Load on the one is 40,1% and on the other 35,1%. (We have an old Unix Server with 3 Power Cords, which is the cause for the 5% difference) Batterie Capacity is on both 100%, when we do a runtime calibration showing us 11 Minutes and on the other 13 Minutes.
On both we get a error "Discharged Battery".
And every few minutes we get the Alarm Email "Code : 0x0107; Critical Events - UPS: The battery power is too low to support the load; if power fails, the UPS will be shut down immediately.
Is the time ok, for These Devices or is there sth. wrong. (It is such a short time for a 2700W Device) The Devices are not 50% in load and do such a bad Performance.
Is there a way to extend the time for These Devices (not diconnecting a few Servers )
Thanks for help
Juergen

Can you provide me with the log files (event.txt, data.txt, and config.ini) to look at your configuration please? I am wondering what your low battery setting is because if this is within two minutes of your runtime, this error can come to tell you that your runtime may be low. anyway, the logs will help.
Instructions are getting the logs are in the knowledge base -> www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ and search for FA156131
