Smart-UPS 3000 (SUA3000i) Firmware Upgrade

Hey Guys,

I find myself struggling with upgrading one of our UPS'es to a newer firmware version, the information seems very hard to find online nor on the website.

I have two Smart-UPS 3000 devices, and was able to update one of the to V07.01. The SMT3000i is now up to date.

However, the SUA3000i is not compatible with the Firmware Upgrade tool.

Is this device able to get it's firmware upgraded?

Both NMC's are now running V6.5.0, but only the newer one show's the option to upgrade firmware.

Any help would be appreciated.

SUA model UPSes neither need or have the capability to update their firmware.
