Bank 1 16A output fails in ATS 7724

Good morning.

Recently I bought a rack automatic transfer switch ATS 7724. We have connected both UPS to both inputs: A and B.

I have only voltage in the outputs of the BANK 1 16A, but not the BANK 2.

Could someone help me?

First thing to do is check the status of the breaker for Bank 2.

Please review this document below and try full tripping the breaker and resetting it. Or let us know if the breaker is damaged.
