ACSC100 Exhaust Duct Question

It appears that the Exhaust Duct supplied with the InRow ACSC100 units is actually an un-insulated duct liner. Since, in our small server room, the heat from the exhaust ducts is contributing a considerable amount of heat back into the room, would there be any harm in insulating the exhaust ducts by means on enclosing them in standard 10" insulated exhaust ducts from a home improvement store?
