Hi I am after some help in troubleshooting a problem with a Smart-UPS 3000 RM, recently the unit has reported that the Self Test has Failed, A Replacement Battery Needed and Discharged Battery warnings appear in the UPS Management Card.

We have two units the same so I swapped the batteries over, and it is still reporting a faulty battery when the other unit doesn't flag this alert after doing a self test ? We have already replaced the battery about 14 months ago so thought it was strange the battery needed replacing again.

Does anyone know of any other tests that can be done to diagnose the fault? the UPS is quite old but worked well before it reported these errors.......
