We have a Smart UPS 3000, which recently had a failed battery. Since that failure, one of the outlet groups is not providing any power. We replaced the power pdu attached to the outlet thinking that was the issue but we are still not getting any power out of that outlet group.
Does anyone have any suggestions to further identify the issue? We have run self tests that show no issue.
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
I would start by disconnecting all loads from the unit. Once done flip the breakers on the rear of the machine and check to see if that restores power.
If there is a NMC attached please call out what the system indicates as the current state of each output bank. If there are any errors or active faults please call them out to.
If there is no NMC attached you can use Power Chute Business Edition. Once connected you’ll be able to see the same things as to outlet status / error codes / active faults.
Lastly, you may attempt a brain dead procedure in case the unit is in some unknown state.
Brain Dead: Power down and disconnect all loads. Remove AC Mains from the wall outlet. Disconnect the battery cartridge. Press and hold the power button until you hear a click / beep.
You may not hear anything at all . . .
Reconnect everything and report back what you observe. 👍
Please check the breakers on the unit first along with NMC / Power Chute as to active faults, errors, and outlet status.
