We have a Smart UPS 2200XLNET and we receive the events below and do not understand why this is happening. The management card indicates is has been running for UpTime: 217 Days 11 Hours 39 Minutes. We are running a AP9606 on firmware sumx321.bin. Please help!

Is your load actually turning off or are you only seeing the erroneous messages? Are there any cables connected to the serial port on this UPS? Sometimes serial cables that are just left connected to the UPS without anything on the other end could cause this issue.
It might be a good idea to possibly reseat the card or upgrade the firmware on it as well. To reseat the card, you'd need to power down the UPS, unplug it from the wall, hold down the off (o) button and wait for a click. Then remove the card.
But before you do that, please answer the above questions and we can determine if its necessary.
