Smart-UPS 2200

I recently acquired a used Smart- UPS 2200. The batteries were faulty and were replaced with new ones. The unit will not power up. When the on button is pressed lights on the control panel flashes for a few seconds and then turn off. I took the main board out and it appears the a jumper is missing from J27 on the board. What jumpers, if any, should be installed on JP25, JP26 and JP27. The unit will be with a 120VAC 50HZ utility voltage. Thanks!

Looking at a surplus mainboard I have here for a north american SU2200 Tower ups, there are tab jumpers across JP25 and JP26 but *NO* jumper across JP27 so I am not sure if that's your issue. Was the battery module fully charged when you got it ? Did you remember to flip on the input crcuit breaker on the rear panel (if it has one) ?
