Smart-UPS 2200 RM ; cannot set Low Battery Duration

Dear,

I have a problem configuring 2 APC 2200 devices. I cannot configure the "Low Battery Duration", the dropdown box only show "NA"
I cannot change anything, the same for shutdown delay, ...

Am I missing something ?

can you please provide the exact models on these UPSs? it should be on a little white sticker on the back or bottom of the UPS. Also, please provide the first 6 digits of the serial number if possible.

furthermore, how are you trying to adjust this value - via powerchute business edition or a network management card?

any screenshots you can give would also be helpful. Thanks!

Hi,

I don't have physicall access to the UPS right now. But it seemed that after a reset of the mgmt card this was fixed.
