Smart UPS 2200 Model Number SUA2200RM2U Firmware Update and Download

Hello.

I have two Smart UPS 2200 with the network management card and I am trying to locate the firmware along with the process on how to update the firmware. I am currently on APC OS Version v3.5.5 and it is an AP9617 UPS model number. I have tried to locate the firmware to download and well I have not ha any luck. Any advise or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

found it 3.72 firmware version.

make sure you are on the same network and do not cancel the update or stop the firmware update!!!
