Self-Test Passed NOT LOGGING on SmartUPS 5K w/ AP9617

I have two SmartUPS 5000's that seem to be working fine, BUT, in their logs, they only ever show self test Starting, never Passing.

These SmartUPS 5000's have AP9617 management cards running sumx v3.9.3 on aos v3.9.4.

I have another device, a Symmetra 80K with an AP9630 running sy3p v7.0.4 on aos v7.0.4 and it logs the start and end of each self-test.

Is that an intentional difference between the 3.xx and 7.xx series FWs?  or in the capability of the 9617 vs 9630 cards to detect the test completion?

I was able to find n article that will be able to assist you.  Basically, you would need to find the code for the self-test passed and manually configure it.
