Hi Salvatore,
As to what Bill has posted before, if the LEDs won't go back to normal after following the steps that he has recommended and it is still producing the same behavior then the UPS should now be replaced.

It was High. I already try to set it to medium but the problem persists.

I've been able to solve some weird behaviours by disconnecting the ups from supply and then disconnect the battery. Wait some minutes and then reconnect the battery and plug into mains.
Hope it'll help

I'll will try tomorrow.
Shutdown the UPS, disconnect from power and again press 0 to disconnect Battery power doesn't work. I'll try to disconnect the battery.
It's strange that all works and Powerchute reports that everything works. But leds are blinking...

Hi,
Try this reset procedure
1) Turn off and unplug UPS from wall
2) Press and hold the OFF button again
3) You may see a quick flash of the LED's and you should hear an audible "click" from the UPS.
4) Plug UPS back into the wall and turn UPS back on
If this does not resolve the issue then there is an internal fault and the UPS will need to be replaced.

after procedure leds are blinking yet. But why powerchute reports that's all fine and all work fine? Thanks in advance.
