Hi ,
I have Smart Online UPS RT2000 (Model number SURT2000XLI) and AP9630 Network management card.
The NMC card reports the battery voltage as 54,54 volts. (13,635V/each pack)
Is it normal for Online UPS?

Hi Nihat -
I can't speak to all online UPS units, but your unit uses a temperature compensated variable rate battery charger. When the batteries are close to fully charged it switches to a trickle charge and maintains a healthy float voltage.

Hi Nihat,
This is a 48v Nominal system. 54.54V is a normal float voltage on this unit.
Please note that battery voltage does not necessarily indicate a "good" battery. Running a self test with the normal load attached will illuminate the "replace battery" indicator if the battery needs replacement.

Hi,
Thank you for feedback.
I'm not an expert on UPS's.
I have another question.
Online UPS's use float charge method or cycle charge method?
Regards,
