Smart 5kVA UPS failure

This morning came from smart 5kVA UPS error. Please any advice for me. Please see the attach file

This message is telling you that someone put the UPS in bypass by the way of the physical switch located on the rear of the UPS. I would go to the rear of the UPS and verify the position of the switch to start.
