I have a Smart 2200 UPS with the AP9631 NMC2 card in it. I recently upgraded the firmware in it(to v6.0.6) and had the issue like I've seen on here where it said Unavailable on the web page, or something close to that. At any rate after some chat with support they sent me a new file and I downgraded and re-upgraded and finally can get to the webpage. This was back in August. I just realized though that even though I can go in and manage anything I wish on the network side, it appears that the Card doesn't see my actual UPS. I can't control the power outlets, it's not seeing the power useage, etc.
Should I maybe format the card and see if it sees it or maybe downgrade again?

Ok, as I suspected, you have the wrong application module. Sy is the Symmetra single phase application and you need the Smart UPS application because that is the type of UPS you have.
You'll need to reflash your firmware again with the correct module.
If you go here and browse for Firmware Upgrades - Network Management Card and press submit (as I suspect you already did), you need to download the part number SFSUMX606 (UPS Network Management Card v6.0.6 Firmware for Smart-UPS & Galaxy 3500 with AP9630/31).

On the About - Support page all it has on that page is the option to create the debug's as well as Support Links.
If I go to About and Network I have this:
