Dear Team
I am facing problem in NMC speed. Its speed is too slow. NMC model is 9617. Unit is symmetra SYCF40KH. I have done the reset, port speed setting and firmware upgrade activity but problem is same. Please look into it. Your quick response will be highly be appreciated.

it was a holiday here in the united states. can you please describe the issue here? what is wrong with the port speed? what LEDs do you see on your network switch, the NMC interface, and the network jack on the NMC?

On network switch, Green Blinking. On NMC, Status LED Green and constant, Link LED orange and blinking

can you post your config.ini file? using SSH or SSL will surely slow the speed down of the NMC so i'd also like to see what other services you have enabled that could slow the card down.

For example we are looking UPS over view and want to see status screen. So when we click on status tab it take time to open this status screen.

link LED orange and blinking means 100mbps according to the NMC, thus can you please elaborate on where the discrepancy is or where you see the wrong network speed?
