My APC Back-UPS 650 beeps steadily, the Site Wiring Fault light is on, and only 3 UPS outlets work. I intend to check the wall outlet for correct grounding (I've read some other posts concerning the Site Wiring Fault light). Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Duncan,
I would definitely recommend you check the wiring of the wall outlet first. A Site Wiring Fault can be caused by three things. 1) A missing or loose ground connection. 2) Reversed polarity, meaning the hot and neutral wires are switched. 3) Overloaded neutral, meaning there is more than 5 volts being measured between the ground and neutral connections.
If you are able to check the wiring and find that these three symptoms are not being shown, there could be an issue with the unit itself and we would recommend you call into tech support to process a replacement.
