Dear Team,
Kindly confirm, for Single Mains Installation in Symmetra PX2, The jumper between the two neutrals connections be INSTALLED or REMOVED,
as in the technical document (Page 21) of Symmetra PX2 it's written
"SINGLE MAIN CONFIGURATION IS A DEFAULT,
DO NOT REMOVE THE STRAP BUS BARS AND NEUTRAL CABLE FOR SINGLE MAINS CONFIGURATION"
and in Installation Visit Service Procedure document (Page 5), it's written
"The neutral wire from the AC mains input and AC bypass input is hardwired in the UPS, do not install a jumper between the two neutral connections in single mains installations"
Kindly confirm which version is correct (DO NOT INSTALL or DO NOT REMOVE) to avoid any configuration and implementation fault. Thanks
Rgds,

It is not incorrect - basically, these two statements are trying to tell you the same thing, just in different ways.
Essentially, they come with the jumper on and jumper installed which is for single mains operation. When you want to use dual mains, remove the jumper.

Here is what I was told from our 3 phase power support:
There is already a jumper for the neutral install for the input to the UPS and the bypass for single mains installation. This is by default. That means that separate neutrals should not be installed for the UPS and Bypass. They are already connected and if separate neutrals are connected for single mains, it could cause site wiring faults and possibly damage to the UPS.

It means it's written wrong in Installation Visit Service Procedure document (Page 5)
"do not install a jumper between the two neutral connections in single mains installations"
Kindly confirm
Thanks
